1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering a takip88 Account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by takip88, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein, including the takip88 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the takip88 Platform or any of its services. Your continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3Eligibility & Age Requirement

Underage gambling is prohibited. takip88 actively enforces age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Any Player who is found to be under 18 at the time of account registration or at any point during account use will have their Account immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility: Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the takip88 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. By creating an Account, you confirm that accessing and using online gaming services is not prohibited under any law or regulation applicable to you.

3.3 Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal restriction that impairs your ability to enter into contracts, you must not register a takip88 Account.

4Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy: Each Player may register and maintain exactly one takip88 Account. Multiple Accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. takip88 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit associated balances without notice.

4.2 Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your takip88 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You must notify takip88 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC): takip88 may require you to complete an identity verification process ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before approving withdrawal requests or as required by applicable compliance procedures. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Pakistan Payment Methods: takip88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20. takip88 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time with or without notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount at takip88 is 1,000 PKR per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet.

5.3 Deposit Processing: Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and SadaPay are typically credited to the takip88 Wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–30 minutes depending on the sending institution. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations.

5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same Account, or to verified accounts belonging to the Player. All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification process before the first withdrawal is approved.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times: takip88 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes listed below. These timeframes represent typical processing times and are not guarantees. Unusual circumstances may result in longer processing periods.

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within minutes for verified Players
• Raast / SadaPay: Typically within minutes to 1 hour
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan, Alfalah): Typically 1–6 hours on business days
• USDT TRC20 / BEP20: Typically 30–120 minutes depending on network congestion

5.6 Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Use of third-party payment methods, credit cards not belonging to you, or funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus: New Pakistan Players who register a takip88 Account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to 5,000,000 PKR. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon receipt of the qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is 1,000 PKR.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: All takip88 bonuses — including the welcome bonus — are subject to a wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of 10,000 PKR requires 300,000 PKR in eligible wagers before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. takip88 publishes game contribution rates in its Promotions section. As a general guide: video slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate, and certain games may be entirely excluded from wagering requirement calculations.

6.4 Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, all takip88 bonuses expire 30 calendar days after the date of credit. Any unused bonus balance and associated wagering requirements will be removed upon expiry.

6.5 Bonus Abuse: takip88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal financial risk, collusion between Players, or any other strategy that takip88 reasonably determines to be in bad faith.

6.6 Single Bonus Per Player: The welcome bonus is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Pakistan players who have previously claimed the welcome bonus under any Account are not eligible to claim it again.

7Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Certified Game Software: All games available on the takip88 Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Playtech, and others. All game software uses independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are verified by accredited testing laboratories.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that results in a game round being interrupted or an incorrect payout being displayed, takip88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's Wallet. Payouts derived from technical errors are not valid and will not be honoured.

7.4 Sports Betting Rules: Sports betting on takip88 — including HBL PSL cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events — is subject to additional sportsbook rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. In-play odds are subject to change in real time and accepted bets at pre-change odds are honoured at the odds confirmed at time of placement.

7.5 Cockfighting Rules: Live Cockfighting (Sabong) betting on takip88 follows the specific rules governing each match. takip88 is not responsible for external event organisers' decisions, match interruptions, or results disputed by external parties. Settled results within the takip88 system are final.

8Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the takip88 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one takip88 Account, whether under the same or different personal details
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or unintended software behaviour to gain an unfair advantage or receive incorrect payouts
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or Cockfighting betting markets
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, money laundering, fraud, or financial crime
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, including third-party credit or debit cards
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information at any stage of Account registration or KYC verification
• Allowing any other person to access or use your takip88 Account, or operating an Account on behalf of a third party
• Attempting to reverse or charge-back any deposit made to your takip88 Wallet through your payment provider
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing takip88 staff or other Players through any communication channel

9Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the takip88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, design elements, and data — is the property of takip88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the takip88 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 Third-party game content — including all slot games, live casino streams, and sports data — remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and studios. Use of such content outside the takip88 Platform is not permitted.

10Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, takip88 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds through gaming activity, loss of data, technical interruptions, or third-party payment failures.

10.2 takip88 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond takip88's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. takip88 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.

10.3 Gaming involves risk of financial loss. You acknowledge and accept that you may lose some or all funds deposited to your takip88 Wallet through normal gaming activity. takip88 is not liable for such losses.

11Responsible Gaming

11.1 takip88 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to Pakistan Players, accessible from Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that display during gaming sessions at specified time intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account if you believe your gaming is causing harm. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period specified at time of request.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing session duration and net win/loss in PKR.

12Privacy & Data

12.1 takip88 processes personal data in accordance with the takip88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 takip88 collects personal information including name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance.

12.3 takip88 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with verified service providers directly involved in the operation of the Platform — such as game studios, payment processors, and KYC verification services — under appropriate data protection agreements.

13Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 takip88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where takip88 reasonably determines that:

• These Terms have been violated by the Account holder
• The Account is being used fraudulently or in connection with prohibited conduct
• The Account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC
• Required identity verification has not been completed within a reasonable time
• The Account holder has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations require Account closure

13.2 Upon closure of an Account for Terms violations, takip88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Wallet balance as a remedy for the breach. Upon voluntary Account closure or closure for compliance reasons unrelated to Player breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, net of any pending wagering requirements.

13.3 Closed Accounts — whether voluntarily or involuntarily closed — may not be re-opened without explicit written approval from takip88. Self-excluded Accounts may not be re-opened during the active self-exclusion period.

14Amendments to These Terms

14.1 takip88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the takip88 Platform with a revised effective date. takip88 will endeavour to notify registered Pakistan Players of material changes via the email address associated with their Account, though this notification is not a condition of the amendments taking effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the takip88 Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

15Governing Law

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which takip88 is licensed and operated.

15.2 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable mandatory law, the mandatory law provision shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
